Do you use a sling strap mounting on the base of the body? I have lost a couple of eye pieces jogging round the sports field whilst shooting with a K5iis fitted with a sling strap and a short lens. :(

The Yongnuo stuff is pretty inexpensive and good value now they have concentrated on build quality. Its all manual flash, rather than the auto TTL or PTTL, but that's not really a problem if you want to get to grips with flash on and off the camera.
I got my stuff here for flash and here for the controller. The controller is handy for adjusting power levels and zoom and remote triggering of flash.
Standard disclaimer here - I do not profit it any way from this brand or shop :)

Hello to all. Well to tell the truth I used to have a K10D some years ago which started me on the digital leg of my photographic journey. I rather foolishly sold my first K10D a while back and have regretted ever since. I had to fix those regrets and I recently managed to find another lightly used K10D.
I find I cannot get the same film look to my pictures with either my K5iis or K3 as I can with the K10D and this is especially so with the older glass. Today I finally managed to fix a focusing error on the K10D today (updated it to firmware 1.31) but I think I may need a better focusing screen for the manual stuff - eyes are not what they used to be :)
Anyway here are a few focus test shots while I waited for the showers to pass today. The second one will probably be a give away to what lense I was using :) - the shot reminds me of the swirling gusty spring winds we get here.
