I run three batteries. One of them is the Pentax brand and the other two are Tokina. Got all three of them from Abe's of maine when I bought my K10D. So far they all work great. Recharge good and last a long time. It says on my Tokina's that they are for a Minolta. I am certain more than Pentax take that same battery. The Tokina's were a hell of a lot cheaper than the Pentax. I noted that the Pentax battery was made in Japan. Don't know at this stage of the game if that is worth paying a premium for.
