Wally and Rob,
Thanks for the links on the Mirror lenses. The Adorama seems the same make as the Rokinan.
I wonder how people find the Adorama Pro-Optic 500mm mirror lens ? I do note some 'doughnuts' in the bokeh of some of the mirror lens pictures...wonder what one can do to avoid them...know it's part of the Mirror lens experience.
Some of the pictures from Mirror lenses are great...right up there with more traditional 500 mm lenses.
Wonder how the Adorama Pro-Optic 500 mm Mirror tests out ? Also wonder about looking at some of those 800 mm Mirror lenses....wonder what some of the disadvantages...if any..there are with say an 800 mm mirror ?
I know the F stop is fixed at either F 6. something or F 8...but I usually shoot my 55-300 Pentax zoom at F 8 in bright sunlight...shouldn't be a problem.

Some good ones. I'm impressed. Never thought 500 mm lens were capable of the quality I'm seeing.
Are there any mirror lens still made and available new for Pentax K mount digital ? Wonder what the cost would be ?
