I picked up my repaired K-5 today and dropped off my 50-135 to get the zoom mechanism tightened up. The Pentax rep here from CR Kennedy told me that Ricoh will take over the small format and Pentax will remain the DSLR camera part of the business. He said that Pentax/Ricoh have been unusually quiet but wouldn't rule out a FF although he thought it unlikely. His opinion was they'd just keep trying to get the most out of the APS-C format sensor for the foreseeable future.
