Nice cans and shots of them. That lens must be very nice as the TC doesn't seem to be doing any harm at all.

One of these lenses on eBay right now with 3 hours to go and it's $300 less than the usual asking price. It's mint and the guy doesn't accept bids from OZ. I just thought I'd let you know in case there's someone here looking for a good deal on one.
Nice shots TUA, I have yet to see a bad photograph from you or this lens on these forums.

Well.. I've spent most of the day going through this thread and I'd like to thank everyone for their brilliant work. It's been like a great book that you just can't put down.
Cheers.

Thanks for the reply repaap. I have a A50/1.4, A50/1.7 and a Rikenon XR 50/1.7 (and a Sigma 50/1.4). After seeing how sharp these 'A' lenses are I'm wondering why I got into so much debt for the 'new' lenses. I've gone a bit crazy buying lenses of late and I really wish I'd visited this thread 1st and saved a mint.

You guys with the 35-105's are killing me.... I haven't seen one dud shot and am seriously confused as to why this lens is not some sort of legend. I WILL be grabbing one ASAP!

So apart from scaling the pictures down you aren't sharpening or adding contrast... ..is that right?
If that's true then I'm grabbing one of these lenses ASAP!
