Steve,
Angenieux still makes still camera lenses. Anyway, a couple more from the vintage 50's Angenieux. I though the pano was a preset Takumar 35mm, but my notes tell me it was the Angenieux.

Photo taken with a 1953 Pierre Angenieux 28mm f/3.5 Retrofocus mounted on a 1957 Asahi Pentax. Fuji Reala iso 100.
Angenieux was the inventor of the retrofocus lens which allowed for the first time the design of wide-angle lenses for single-lens reflex cameras.
