The DA 55-300 PLM only works on 2013 and later cameras. Is that a necessary consequence of PLM? If it is, it is an argument against implementing it in too many lenses, as owners of K5 and older will be disadvantaged. Or can PLM be paired with an aperture lever?

I'm really enjoying the DA 10-17 on the K1 (FF over 14-17), notwithstanding the chromatic aberration (easily rectified in post). Although I would like to see a modern FF fisheye zoom, I recognise that there are many other higher priorities at the moment.

I'm starting to get the impression that teleconverters of a standard commensurate with the recent lenses may be beyond them, and so they may not appear.

How good are the Canon and Nikon TCs (relative to cropping)? This is an actual question, not rhetorical.

The two wide angle FF primes are of very ill-defined focal length, so it's not possible yet to say we'll be sitting pretty when they come out. The "Large Aperture Wide-Angle" could even be a refreshed FA* 31!

I would also like to see a FF TC or two to round things out.
