I have been thinking about getting a 100mm lately. The vintage Pentax prime lenses I own and use for both film (MX) and digital (K-3) are a A24 2.8, A50 1.4, A135 2.8 and a M200 4.0. On digital side, at 100mm FF equivalent, I have a DA 70 Limited, but nothing for film. Maybe a 100 macro, but the regular A100 is a very nice size.
As far as walk-around is concerned, I have two favorites: FA 20-35 and DA 18-135. They each have their strengths and weaknesses.
