All taken with the DA 35 limited.
I drove through this place the other day and figured I'd get a shot on the way back:
I would like to point out that the photo is straight but the sign is very wonky.
On the way back to the car, I spotted a dandelion in the grass and though why not?
Not massively interesting, I agree. But then I saw these two (bug porn alert):
I'm not a massive fan of the distant bokeh but close up is nothing short of beautiful!

I gave my two limiteds (35 and 15) a decent workout at some nearby bluebell woods.
The 35 gave me some pictures that I am VERY pleased with:
The 35 seems to be tremendously versatile. The first macro shot is at 1:1 so it's definitely usable as a full macro lens. I did see some PF when shooting into the trees. No idea whether the 35 is better or worse than others in this respect.
I'm struggling a lot more with the 15, though. I got one that I was halfway happy with:
I acknowledge that any issues lie with my skills (or lack thereof) rather than the optics. I find it difficult to view my surroundings in "wide angle", hence most of my wide angle shots are pretty lame.
I've wanted a 70 for some time now, so may well trade the 15 in (I only got it in the first place because the price - £310 or thereabouts - was such a steal). Unfortunately, the 70 has just had a major price bump which will no doubt affect the used price too.

Took delivery of the 35 macro this week. It stopped raining for long enough on Saturday for me take it out into the garden for a quick tryout. My garden needs some SERIOUS work before it's fit to be photographed so I just took a handful of closeup snaps.
Nailed the focus here...on the effing leaves behind the flowers!
Slightly manky flower, but I liked the colour.
No complaints with this one.
Distant bokeh isn't anything to shout about. It's OK but I've seen better.
Focused on a single raindrop.
This lens is an engineering marvel and has become an instant favorite. I totally dig the long focus throw, the built-in hood and push on cap - it makes using it nothing short of a pleasure. This is the one that'll be mounted by default from now on. If you had to choose one and one only, I guess that you'd choose a normal macro since it can handle a good 75% of of your shooting needs.
It's not my first limited - I also have a 15 that I'm struggling to do anything with. The 35, on the other hand, is almost effortless.
