Sorry that I can't show the setup, I sold the scope. Coupling the camera and telescope was very easy. I used a Scopetronix Maxview 40 eyepiece that has T threads, then a ring from T to 28mm for the Nikon completed the setup. This setup was quite easy to use but hard to focus because the picture on the lcd is not too bright. The whole setup also tended to shake a lot with the wind and I always used a remote shutter cable. This picture of a duck was taken with a Nikon Coolpix 990 through an Orion telescope with a 40mm eyepiece. The duck was about 200 feet on a rock in the river. I did some cropping and sharpening in PS. The resulting focal length of the combination camera plus telescope was about 5000mm in 35mm terms. Comments welcomed.
