Have you tried formatting it? Somewhere in the menus there should be a format option or try resetting the camera to original settings.

A new (used) Helios 44-2. I don't really need another 55mm(ish) lens ( I have eight or so) but I've hankered for a Russian lens for a long time. I spotted this one in a thrift store and when it was still there after several days, I figured that the lens had been waiting for me.

The fisheye is more than a special occasion lens. Of course there is the landscape but it's good for night work and architecture.

Set up on a tripod near a road and do long exposures. It's quite useful for outdoor events like car shows. You can get in front of all the people who brought long lenses.

As wpresto mentioned you need to be aware of the fishy distortion. Straight lines curve and curved line straighten.

In reality the sign is curved and the buildings are straight.

It's not much of a portrait lens.

Comical, but it gets old pretty fast.

Clouds can be really dramatic.

The distortion can be (somewhat) corrected in Lightroom.

With a little work it can be a birding lens.

Try getting a higher or lower perspective.

Fisheyes can be fun and useful if you consider the limitiations and quirks when using one.

I have the Rokinon 8mm. Fun lens and I'm surprised at how flare resistant it is. You need to be aware of your shadow with fisheye. It will likely show up in any image with the sun behind you.

In 1968 the Soviet Union attempted to nuke Honolulu. Red Star Rogue by Kenneth Sewell and Cliff Richmond is a scary read.

Foxglove.
The foxglove was taken with a Vivitar 28mm f2 'close focusing' lens which gives me fits with built-in flash on the K5ii. (Awful overexposure.) The Yongnuo seems to have solved that problem. So, other than the cat and flowers, what else can the flash be used for?

When I had that done, I asked if I could get the material from someone who was hot. Either it didn't work or the dentist loaded me up with really ugly dead people. And do not (in your best Sixth Sense voice) tell the dentist "I taste dead people."

Sympathies on your loss and congratulations on your acquisition(s). Maines are a huge (literally) joy. To paraphrase line from a movie, "You're gonna need a bigger bowl." The two that owned me toted up to more than forty pounds of cat. That's a lot of cat food. Bubba weighed in at 23 lbs.

GoGo was a svelte 18 lbs.

Maine Coons are big cats and they'll take up a lot of room in your heart. Bubba and GoGo have both been gone for years now and I still miss them.
