I'm not too bothered by the dull sky, I think the color compensates. If you wanted to make the sky more interesting though you could maybe use a graduated filter or brush I suppose. But if I lived near here I would be taking lots of pictures from this spot. Each would have its own character, depending on the sky, the time of day, the wind, and perhaps the boat traffic in the harbor. Post a series! :)
