I am in the process of evaluating new equipment and believe the K-5 isleading at the moment. I am an amateur regarding photography skill buthopefully a quick study. :) Currently I am focusing on taking sports pictures,specifically soccer and basketball. I currently own an Olympus E 500 but reallyran into trouble with basketball (indoor lighting with no flash). I really likewhat I have read about the K-5 and especially the indoor abilities (ISO).Unfortunately I am retired and do not have an unlimited budget so I am tryingto purchase the necessary equipment for $1,500 - $2,000 range. I would reallyappreciate hearing from members who have used the K-5 for sporting events likesoccer and basketball. In addition, the lens you would recommend for suchevents.
