I`m considering the Sigma 300mm F2.8, not the DA*300. I already have the excellent Sigma 100-300 F4 EX DG so there is no need for the DA* 300.
You guys shot any BIF`s with the DFA150-450? How does it perform in that area?
PS: Do you use the programmable AFbuttons?

Question...do you also have the sigma 1.4 EX TC? And if yes, how would you compare the 300mm with TC to the DFA in the long end?
I`m trying to decide between the DFA and the 300mm, I already have the sigma 1.4x TC for my 100-300 F4 :)

Merci, Zygonyx. Great shots!
That`s a bit dissapointing, however I do like the typical Pentax colors and contrast. Also the WR and the allmost silent AF are big plusses.

Thnx! Never been there but I`ve heared good stories about him.
However, still debating with myself whether to get the DFA 150-450mm or the Sigma 300mm F2.8... 420mm F4 sounds very good and I allready have the sigma 1.4 APO TC.
As for the DFA 150-450: Does anyone know at which focal lenghts the aperture changes? At how much mm`s does it become F5.6?
