Thanks, Sage. This was shot in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. (to be more specific, the "kop van Zuid" which means the "head of south")
It`s a sort of pennisula, the (Erasmus)bridge runs across the river to downtown Rotterdam and this penninsula has been rebuilded for the last decades with all kinds of modern architecture.

I don`t know...I like to think it`s straight because I spend a lot more time than usual to straighten this picture. Frankly I gave up :)

Thanks but I`m not sure what you mean by straight? If you mean by lines, no. These are 2 different vessels, allmost identical but not exact.

Some time ago I promised myself to work more with the DA35ltd and extend my applications with it. Until now, I only used it for closeups and occasional landscapes.
So I took it with the K5 last sunday to a populair beachtown and forced myself to only the DA35ltd. It is much more challenging then a zoom and makes me think and previsualise more.
So, something totally different: sports with the 35mm :)

Nice shot, you must have been very close to that elephant?
I should use my DA35ltd more often, it`s an ockward lenght for me but the quality of this lens amazes me everytime.
