I used OpenOffice but switched over to LibreOffice. It's a development fork off the same Open Source code base but much better supported and more timely on updates. It supports more document types than OpenOffice which is good for me since I deal with legacy systems a lot.

I heard on the NPR that Google was talking about putting a sticky adhesive on the hood and roof of their self-driving cars. This was in case the car struck a pedestrian who would stick to the car rather then end up again in traffic. Like those horrible sticky rat traps I suppose. Inspires confidence in these vehicles.

There's always the chili cheeze fries at Tommy's here in Los Angeles. Fries weren't on the original menu and they didn't add them until after about 50 years. Some of the satellites may have had them sooner but not the original location. I usually don't bother with the fries but just get a couple burgers with everything and extra chili.
