Looks like that International was built to get itself, or someone else, out of tough situations with all wheel drive (lock out hubs) and the big heavy bumper with a towing winch.

I echo all the others in welcoming to your "Retirement"
I've been "Retired" for almost 7 years,( with a couple of sneaks back to work as a distraction and a few extra bucks) I'm busier now than I've ever been, with a lot less money in my pocket and still haven't settled into any sort of routine. I can also categorically say that time speeds up when you retire. I regularly wakeup on Monday then suddenly realize that it's Friday and wonder where the week went.

I wish you nothing but Good Luck with your diagnosis and hope it doesn't make visiting the doctor becomes your social life.

I also wouldn't get rid of all your cars keep a couple of your favorites and take the time to enjoy them to the fullest.

In 2015 I retired from the "Marine Division" of the corporation that started the Agawa Canyon freight then Tourist run. (Algoma Central Railroad/Corporation) The Marine Division also had in it's fleet among it's workhorses, a ship called the Agawa Canyon. I served as Chief Engineer on the "Canyon" or sometime "Agony Canyon", as it was referred by it's crew, as it plied the Great Lakes carrying millions of tons of bulk cargos from 1970 till it's retirement in 2010.

It also looks odd to not have the "Bear" in the round Algoma Central Railroad logo on the front of the Locomotive

I'm not 100% sure, but based on the time the photo was taken, the freighter looks to be possibly a WW2 Liberty Ship

Halifax Harbour Ferry, named after local fallen Afghanistan war Hero Craig Blake, leaving Dartmouth for the scenic run to Halifax,
Usually the ferries are decked out with signal and other flags on Canada Day. But this year Canada Day was a subdued affair because of the Covid 19 Pandemic and the discovery of hundreds indigenous children in unmarked graves outside former "Indian Residential Schools" across the country.

The Kilo Moana is a very special vessel built with what is known as Swath Technology. The original hull design was created for the Canadian Hydrographic service by Canadian Naval Architect Frederick G. Creed and there was, until 2020, a similar vessel in the Canadian Coast Guard fleet named after him. The special double underwater hull design creates a much more stable platform than an a traditional vessel. Ideal for the specialized survey work the and research the Creed did and the Kilo Moana continues to do throughout the world's oceans in sea conditions impossible for a traditional vessel.

The CMA CGM 16000 TEU Marco Polo. This is the largest Containership ever to enter Halifax Harbor.
While shooting from the opposite side of the harbor I had to create a 5 shot panoramic view at 500mm to better show the actual size of the ship against the surrounding area.
The images were taken with a K1ii and Sigma Bigma 50-500 Zoom using Aperture Priority, F-6.1 1/801 sec. Shutter Speed & ISO 200

I believe the yard bought the ship from the owners (the Government of Canada) when it was decommissioned. The Government usually dispose of assets like this at auction. Usually at a price less than a long term lease from another shipyard.

Based on my experience with the same Marine engines (EMD or Alco). Each engine will burn close to 125 - 150 gallons of diesel fuel per hour out of the saddle tanks at full throttle
