#1 Kota, one of my two feral calicoes taken with the ubiquitous Super Tak 135/3.5. It's hard to get her to pose.
# 2 The ubiquitous 135/3.5 taken with the ubiquitous Super Tak 35/3.5. The Price is still on the box, $58.95, and the bidding starts at $589.50. YES, I'm the original owner. NO, I won't tell you what the reserve is!!!;)

Maybe it is a good lens.
Maybe you are a good photographer.
Maybe the answer is "All of the above".

I swear I know that guy. I think he was a Corporal in the 1st Pentax Regiment. He was in charge of the guardhouse.
Looking forward to your first shots with the 35/2. I'm sure they will be much better than that old 35/3.5.

Came today. Just three quick test shots. The lens is absolutely EX+, maybe better. I'm not sure it has ever been mounted.
First and third shots were croped and resized only, second needed a little adjustment to the exposure levels. Still need practice using manual lenses on the K100D S

Actually that is Guido in disguise. He is still looking for you Mike. Hope you have your 300mm with you at all times.
I will soon be able to add a Super Tak 105/2.8 to my signature. I'll post the first shot.

Mint!
You didn't buy the one from Buenos Aires, Capital Federal, Argentina, did you? I couldn't believe the price.
OK, now that you NO LONGER need your Super Tak 85 f/1.9, I'll give you $25.00 plus shipping.
I do not need a Super Tak 85.
I do not need a Super Tak 85.
Deep breath.
I do not need a Super Tak 85.

OK Cash. That's it. You have been warned repeatedly about posting these reallllly good shots you allegedly take with Takumar lenses.
The Takumar Protection Society has retained Guido (The Snake) Mozzarella to further counsel you about the error of your ways. Guido wanted us to issue a "Four Broken Fingers" contract, but we assured Guido that if he would just speak with you in person that perhaps you would understand. Guido said he would do that, and explain to you that "This is business, not personal". You will be easily able to recognize Guido: just think of Lucca Brazzi's (The Godfather) younger brother.
Maybe in the future you could say it was a Sears lens, or a Vivitar. Say that the lens is a Zeiss Distagon T* 2.8/25 for all we care. But NO MORE touting Takumars. Got it. BTW, over the weekend I bought a 28/3.5, a 35/2.0, and a 200/4.0: all Super-Taks. While you are not totally responsible for my compulsive behavior, you certainly share in the responsibility. Isn't that just like lensaholics? Always bleming others.
