Yeah the quality of the light really sells that Paparazzi look. Cool stuff!
You had the light in your hand, high subject right?

Long time lurker many time poster.
Great to see these shared images, some lovely stuff here.
And thanks LeRolls for mentioning that little Godox flash. What a cute little thing and my kind of silly.
The little Q is a great reminder that digital cameras are just good these days! :)

He true! limited resolution, some quick colour math = fun times to be had!
I was reading on another forum where a chap is using old C mount lens, and making short videos at 720p at around 3m in length to replicate the fun he had as a kid using Super 8mm cameras.
And why not I say! good idea! :)
Heck you could buy a bunch of old 256 / 512m SD cards for authentic film loading experiences :p
#EDIT
I couldn't help myself and did the math, 720p ~1.8m per sec, so 3mins is ~270meg. dig around for your 256m cards everyone and lets gooooo! :D

EEEP! indeed it is (sneaky ninja edit go!)
I confess the monochrome one is probably my favourite also, I must have been feeling Andy Warhol vibes that day in wanting to present them in 3.

Those shots with the QS1 and 08 are fantastic
I haven't been able to edit anything near that nice with my Q and 01
Having said that, I was happy with these, on a hill in Christchurch. ND filter turned on, and a shitty UV filter over the front just so I don't have to worry about a lens cap :P Click0 Click1 |

Q with the 110 20-40mm f2.8 at f4(ish)
The q fitted in my pocket whilst the SLR did not, and I didn't want to carry the SLR a hundred KM's to the track. It would ruin the ride to and from. Compromise thank you Q :P Click 1 Click 2 Click 3 |

And a flare ridden shot of my bike in front of a dam (because those are the rules)
With the Q and the 01. Sun was directly behind, ND filter too, You have been warned :P
Using the Q with a helmet was still better then reaching for the K10. I.e on the bike I wont bother packing the SLR every again honestly..

I took my bike out for an excuse to stretch the new leather..
That haze is a fire coming over the hill. Yeeeeeeeeeeee Haaaaaaaa. (turns out it was a controlled burn back)
This haze is sun flare on a crappy filter :P
This is the only shot I remembered to take with the bike in it.
The little Q was strapped to the outside of my bag for the trip. Handy little sod it was really. I must get some of those straps with clicky removable bits for more ultra portability.
Fail.
Get a bike. They are good :)

Now it's time for the iso6400 Show :D :D
Taken on the Original Q, with zee Prime over new years. First time I had really been bothered with focus peaking honestly. Turning AF off (which was never going to work no matter how long that red lamp stayed on) and watching for the dance over the screen was fine. I'm nearly ready to be done with viewfinders all together.... .. ..
Lets be serious here, Iso 6400 is somewhere you should never be, but for the sake of my niece and nephew looking a) like a proper bass a**, and b) just being adorable, I'd go to 6400 again :P Click Click 2
My Niece won a slinky at the fair and insisted it was a piece of clothing thus modeling it so.

Trailing curtain flash sync works a treat.
