Hi,
Last week I had a modell shooting in a studio. K-5 used with a D FA 50mm.
Mostly in portrait mode, spot metering, f7.1 and of course 'X' mode.
1/10th of the photos are sligthly out of focus, focusing appr. 5 cm in front of the model. The rest of the photos are OK regarding focusing.
My lens are checked last week with focusing chart, and no adjustment needed.
Why is it happen, that using the same technique(half press shutter and recompose) for all photos causing that 1/10th are out of focus?
Second issue that I found is a black strip on the right side of few photos.
It look like if I had been using faster shutter that 1/180th, but I used the 'X' mode.
It's 5 pictures out of the 300 which I shoot and having black stripe. (OK, not a big deal but I'd find out what causing this)
Is anybody faced with this issue?
