No worries, don't get me wrong... I like to hear all the comments... and I like beer too ! :p (and since English is not my first tongue, I may have problem to express my feelings / thoughts right)
maybe if I had untitled it "in the middle of nowhere" I would have induced a subjective concept and it would have better influenced the viewers

I still prefer the original one, it gives me a sense of the wide open spaces where this pic was taken... like "in the middle of nowhere"
just a matter of preference I guess!

HI, I know what you mean.... but I did it on purpose. I most of the time use 1/3 - 2/3 rule for framing, but not all the time...I thought in this case the subject in the center would be acceptable...

This is a photo I took while canoeing up northern Quebec...
Taken with the DA* 300mm + HD TC 1.4x
it is so sharp you can even identify the lure on the fishing line! (at least I can when zooming in Lr)
