Sorry to hear. If the repair was done with a green solenoid, then it's not that surprising that it should fail again. There's no reason why you can't repair it yourself - just use the correct white solenoid and you should be all good.

That's disappointing. As I understand it, very few have seen this problem with the K-S2. Sorry you have struck this problem.
