Bugger.
It looks like it's a rotating banner, seems to change each visit.
I tried to save the image while it was on the screen, but it's protected :(

On the Flickr homepage there is currently a banner "share your life in photos"
The image shows an upper torso with a few cameras around the neck..

Pentax unknown (K1000 era, hard to see, it's off to the side, and has a large reflection)
and a Ricoh something.
