Really enjoying this thread and some amazing images from very imaginative photographers. Here are some of my efforts, using home-made lens filters and reversing glass.
Helios 44-2 and filter; showing how the lens distorts and rotates light to produce swirls
...and another Helios 44-2, changing directions.
Reversing the front element of an Auto-Takumar 35/2.3. This is a really stupid thing to do to an old classic but I couldn't resist
...and another Helios 44-2, with its front element reversed. I especially like the effects bottom left on this one. Most importantly (in terms of pixie dust) the image got me an invite to the "invitation only" Fairies World group on Flickr....!
