It's only 1 in 50-100 shots these days of mine that is *not* taken with a prime but thought I'd throw one up a few recently from the DA*300, only because it's one of the first modern lenses in a very long time that has me enjoying digital again to an extent. Hard to beat this thing on a K3 (or II) for birding. Snapped this red-breasted sapsucker a couple days back.

I'm finding it difficult to point the DA*300 in a direction that doesn't yield a nice shot.
