Wow! Seriously, those are all well within my ability to clean up for my own use and I think I'll be bidding on that one.
Thanks for posting this. I'm not kidding: that's a fantastic collection that is of genuine interest.

Yep, the guy is honest about the condition at least, and if he put it up for auction with a 99p start price he'd no doubt get the £15-£20 that the lens might actually be worth in that condition. The fungus and sticky focus wouldn't put me off because they're fixable, although some butchery to that mangled filter ring would probably be necessary to get the lens apart to mend it. I'd still pay up to £20 though, even with the scratched rear element, to have it as a beater lens for shooting in conditions where I don't want to risk a more valuable one.:)
Maybe I'll send him an offer.

An "imperfect" K 24mm/2.8 for £99. Can't see what's wrong with it, apart from the melted-looking filter ring and the rear element that looks like it's been through a garbage disposal. A bargain at only about five times what it's actually worth in that condition. Pentax K SMC 24mm F3.5 - imperfect! | eBay
If that lens is "imperfect" then I'm an "imperfect" Brad Pitt lookalike.
