That turned out to be a good balanced set for travel both on digital and film. I can recommend the 24mm! And hello to Frederic :D

just came back to Canada from 3 weeks holidays in France/Spain and started to process the (too) many photos I have taken.
I took with me a set of A (24/2.8, 35/2.8, 50/1.4, 100/2.8) with a LX and a K20D.
This one is with the 24/2.8 at ISO 800, 3 exposures processed HDR.
Early morning in my home town Toulouse-France. it looks nice and peaceful but over the years it has shockingly become a mess with trashy people taking over the old downtown and cheap joints replacing the old mom & pop stores. I am still choking about it as you can gather.
Cheers,

I had a couple of A lenses when I started photography a couple of years back and sold them at some point.
Well i bought them back and then some for my digital body.
I just got a A-100mm F2.8 from a forum member and a 24mm2.8, 50mm1.4 and 35mm2.8 from various online stores.
I took some tests shots of my cat with the A-100mm wide open at F2.8 and I do like the lens.
Cheers,
Luc

I should have kept it...
And the A-50mm F1.7 was its perfect companion
Not that I would complain about my current set of lenses!
