Rob1234 - yes - focusing screen have to be calibrated. You can find in the Pentax 67 Service Manual how to do this. But of course I have never tried and I think you need some equipment to do this.

Hey DJSponge great BW and the first frame half cut is nice to :-), I have done the same thing when I put first roll of film in to my P67.

Recently I was shooting Velvia 100 and was nice as well, now after your pictures and opinions from internet I like to try Velvia 50.

Its good idea to get VueScan as well. Great software that I found way better than original supply with the scanner.

Hey they fine nothing wrong with them. I`m using Epson V500 and I know that is not easy task to set correctly the settings. I like second and last shot. Just notice how big the dynamic range is visible in the last photograph where interior details are kept in the dark and still outside the window everything is recognizable. I know from my own experience that with film - medium format, we have to learn to become patient when framing and do this more carefully, opposite to digital as you have limited number of frames to take.
I believe that film helps me to become much better photographer and I can see the results already.

Good Luck with it. I`m a new user in 67 system and since I get my one I shoot some 30 films already. It`s just amazing experience taking photos with that beast. I`m sure you like it as I do.

5 new films just arrived from the lab, but I manage to scan only few frames, so today I post my favorite one and I try more soon as I scan them.
Pentax 67, SMC 200mm f/4, Fuji Velvia 100 Pro, Epson V500
I`m a new user of the Pentax 67 and I really love this camera and amazing results. I have to some day invest a bit of money and scan my best photographs on the drum scanner to see the real quality.
