PC35 Photo Labs and Aperture Block repair

I was preparing my K-S2 to sell since I haven't used it since getting the KP. I haven't used it in ten months. I went to take a photo to get the shutter count when it experienced what appears to be the aperture block failure. The first four or five photos were all dark, then it started operating correctly. I let the camera sit unused for two days and tried it again. The first photo was dark, then the rest was fine. I took another thirty photos all OK, but I believe the aperture block must be failing and so want to get it repaired if I am going to sell the camera. In one of the posts I read about this problem, there was a link to "PC35 Photo Labs" (Pentax Camera Repair - Aperture Control Repair) .
Has anyone done business with this company? They will repair the aperture block for $100.00 plus shipping cost of the camera back.
