By 47mm mount I assume you mean the "faux" t-mount that has a 47mm thread to mount the camera mount ring (= t-ring) rather than a 42mm thread. (pic here). For me that mount is definitively tokina - it's only seen on Tokyo koki and rebranded tokyo koki (=tokina) lenses from the 1960's.
In that case that's an interesting, even historic, and I would guess rare early tokina made mirror from that era.
