Telesar would have just been a reseller nameplate, there are so many of them and some appeared and disappeared in a flash. That's why I suggest you browse around, good chance you will find the identical looking lens under other names.

T-mount lenses typically 1960's - early 1970's, then the camera manufacturers developed auto aperture mounts which t-mount could mount on but not utilise. Suggest you google and compare with soligor 135mm, a large variety of 135's carried a soligor badge. Tokina was a common source. Also cf

First pics with my newly acquired Jupiter 37A. These soviet lenses are good.
Samsung NX20. Mostly f3.5, castle and bridge f8

Didn't quite nail focus - more on the sleeve... ;)

I tossed in a bid on this t-mount preset lens, mainly because I liked the zebra livery.

Early sixties I reckon. Mechanics were suffering the effects of long storage, I spent an evening disassembling and relubing. Interesting 3 element design, normal looking front element, big fat second element that I couldn't figure out how to remove from the barrel and a third element in the rear. Optics look uncoated.

Took it out for a spin on my Samsung NX20.

f5.6

At cfd of 1.7m

f3.5

A nice surprise - i wasn't expecting very much at all.
