...the same tool is embedded in Pentax version of Silkypix (Pentax Digital Camera Utility) so everybody can use both: PDCU for fast basic editing (easy to get perfect colors, but infernal detail and noise reduction) and RT when more work is needed.

Both work in RT and I checked one more time and have to say that lensfun data is appended in RT 5.3 and see some interesting lenses on the list. This includes some M -series and A-series ones, so it might be very useful. I have some own "profiles" for vignetting of my lenses wide or close to it using "Flat Field" option, so when combined with distortion correction from Lens Fun one might get really good starting point also for older manual lenses.

I see new RT version has support to Lensfun profiles. Are they better in principle compared to the *.lcp files, or it is just an occasion to get profiles for some lenses for which no .lcp exists (of course the quality of each single profile matters, but remember some DXO claims that Adobe profiles are really basic ones)? I cannot check it myself as Lensfun is already offiline for some server migration.

Thank you! Maybe it is not the bug per se but if one wants to select dark frames for DFS manually one can choose only one file which means the funcionality of this tool is limited, while it seems possible to use average of multiple files from dark frame directory when picked up automatically.

I opened a new issue - hopefully I'm clear enough.

Is it possible to use multiple (say 3-5) files for dark frame substraction in RawTherapee? I read that it should be even better compared to substracting 1 file, but I'm not able to choose more than 1 file for DFS.Unfortunately RT also does not want to recognise them automatically even if they are placed in the right (dark frame) folder.

New profiles work great also for other cameras not using 16 MP sensor - thank you! Even if new functions in v 5.0 are not that important for me this version is much better vs v 4 family - is much faster and has some tweaks in user interface and layout.
