There are actually a ton of birds with light colored (red/yellow/orange) eyes. But I'm pretty sure this one is a Common Grackle (Quiscalus quiscula). Flat black colored body, iridescent black head, easy ID. Sometimes the body will appear brownish in contrast to the shiny iridescent black of the head, and this bird is often seen as the reciprocal of the Brown-headed Cowbird, which has a brown head and iridescent black body.
Very nice shot, for sure! I'm jealous. Birds are my nemesis it seems, in photography.
