Carl Zeiss T* ZK mounts (Distagon, Planar, Makro-Planar)

From the discussions above people imply that the Zeiss T* ZK lenses of old are not the same as the current Zeiss Classic series. With the T* Makro Planar f2 100mm I cannot see any difference in the MTF curves for the old ZK and the current Milvus version (seems the Classic has been discontinued ) and it still has a T* coating and the diagram of the lens elements is the same. Any thoughts from people who have used both? Is the Zeiss just hype about the difference?
The old Contax/Yashica M planar f2.8 100mm is different and I appreciate that the Planar f1.4 85mm is a new design.

" The historic Planar Pancolar Distagon lenses are not in the same league as the more modern Zeiss lenses."
Posted below are my attempts to use lens wide open for close ups to separate subject from background bokeh
K-01 Zeiss Jena Pancolar 80mm f1.8 ( at f1.8 ) Not as good as Fenwoodian's I feel.

Looking at the posted photos of Fenwoodian the Planar image has done a better job of emphasizing the subject compared to the back ground but other shooting aspects may be involved.
I am trying to see if the Milvus would offer me any advantage in this type of photography over the older Makro Planar

Thank you for the link to Leitax it opens up a whole new world of options.
How much better / sharper are the images from the new Milvus range compared with the historic Planar Pancolar Distagon lenses ?

Would you be good enough to tell / explain how to change a nikon mount to pentax I have been thinking of trying to do this. So many Zeiss lenses are not made in K mounts
