Had a partial solar eclipse down in Adelaide, SA, Australia today.
Had a gloomy wet morning so I wasn't sure if it'd clear up enough to see the eclipse. Anyway, turned out pretty nice in the afternoon so I got a nice shot of the sun, with a drifting cloud nearby
Didn't have a solar filter or any welding glass on hand. Stopped it way down to f25, 1/8000 at ISO 80 on my K-5. :cool:
Pretty happy with the results!

Beautiful pictures in this thread.
I'm getting the 18-135mm bundled with my new K-5
Has anybody tested the WR or IQ in the weather?
I'd really love to see some shots taken in the rain!
How much rain can the WR lens/body cope with before it passes the point of "resistance" and starts being defined as "waterproof"?
