I'm a fan of the GR but the dynamic range is noticeably poorer than, say k3. Maybe the rumoured new version will be better. It is an excellent alternative to 21mm, in every other way I feel.

It's strange but I rarely get any agreement for two bodies, but to me your "madness" suggestion is a sound one. Going two bodies and primes has been a revelation for the type of photography I do.
Sometimes the LBA itches a bit when I think about the 20-40, but the 21mm tends to stay on one body and I swop lenses on the other with what I expect to need, generally before I leave.
It's a relatively light combo and having the second identical body is convenient for backup and seemless in use.
Rarely feel I miss things ...
