Guess you missed this:
As Racer mentioned, we had ours set up in a single wide trailer house. No problems. Didn't even make it lean to one side.
Then there is this:
So a grown man places more load on the floor than a waterbed. I have confidence in Racer. He used to work as an engineer so he knows about things like this.

Languages are fascinating. They are also constantly in flux, changing and evolving.
And many are disappearing.
I recently I read that linguistic diversity is declining. Something like 50 to 90 percent of languages that exist today are estimated to be extinct by 2100.
This guy is a man of few words.
But it is still bacon.
Borscht is delicious. I used to live not far from Grand Forks, Canada. Russian immigrants settled there in the early 1900's. There are many restaurants there that have traditional Russian cuisine. Having found the dish a tasty treat I took Racer there when we were traveling near there.
Now he always wants me to make it for him.
But my ancestrty is Norwegian. We prefer rullepølse, pinnekjøtt, lutefisk and lefse.
Oh, and don't leave out rakfisk. Igunak doesn't hold a candle to rakfisk.
Ya sure you betcha.
Racer doesn't have a speck of Norwegian in him. But he has taken to the cuisine more than I ever have.

Looks like he is still living up to his namesake to me. Wouldn't you agree? :lol:
It's things like this that give him his nickname. Sometimes I think he likes cars more than he likes me.
The guys really looked good then. Cleancut. Well built. A sharp look in a well fitted pair of Levi 501's shrunk to that perfect fit, a tight white t-shirt.
As racer would say, mmmmmm . . . . . . . tasty!
But now we are all older, and wouldn't look so great in the fashions of yesterday. C'est la vie!

Living in the country has certain advantages and 'privileges'. All if the fallout from our private fireworks show landed on our property, shop and house.
The complete lack of regard for neighbors in areas where homes are close together has always confused me. How is it that people cannot respect each other?
If we lived in a subdivision Racer wouldn't be lighting those things off.

Racer stopped by the local Indian reservation fireworks stands and came home with some stuff that goes up high and then blows up, much like the professional displays. It is fun to watch him lighting them and then getting back a safe distance to watch the shells launch. He looks like a teenage boy, and really seems to enjoy it.
Those things come with crappy cardboard tubes to launch them, which fall apart after a couple shells, and sometimes they fall over, and the shells will shoot off in a random direction. So Racer built a pair of launch tubes using some 2" steel exhaust tubing welded to a steel plate. Very stable and safe. He says he also made the tubes about twice as long as the cardboard ones, that it allows for more velocity or something, like the difference between a pistol and a rifle. I really don't know about that kind of thing.
Afterward he stunk like sulfur.
Today he had to go out and pick up all the leftover pieces in the yard. Such a mess.

Good choice. No telling how far Racer will go to outdo someone. You should see him when he is driving. It is like he is on the racetrack.
