tried catch-in-focus for the first time with my Tamron 500mm mirror lens on the weekend.
This was the best I got (yes, I need more practice).

I wondered what the Q would do when faced with that 1200. :)
Astrophotography isn't easy, you just need some practice.
don't forget there may be some atmospheric effects in there.
