They absolutely have a right to be dissatisfied about it. I would. But my point was (the vast majority of) people who don't have problems don't go around shouting from the rooftops about how their cameras are working perfectly normally, as expected, without any surprise failures. I fail to see how this is a condescending observation?

The (dissatisfied) vocal minority are exponentially louder than the users with no problems at all. We don't hear from those folks because they're out and about taking pictures. :-) Don't worry!

No problems!
Since I bought my K-S2 a year and a half ago the K-30 hasn't seen much action, but it still works great and I plan on using it in October as a spare body for my first wedding shoot!
