Just saw this, Russell, and was surprised to find another Hoya 24! Never found mention of it anywhere on the interwebs... I used mine (have just about stopped in favor of an M28 3.5) on my K-01. I considered it to be an F8/11 lens - anything larger and the images were all mushy. But I did a whole vacation trip with just that lens and it fared ok (at F8). How do you feel about yours?
I like your image, not sure I'd pull out my camera whilst riding a bicycle, though!
