Ketchup when in USA, vinegar when in UK/Ireland, mustard when in France. I do all 3, not at the same time though.

Funny thing is, I grew up in the US (US mother, french father) and never had anything but salted popcorn there (family taste, I suppose). My first encounter with sweet popcorn was in provincial France, where a fad suddenly appeared out of nowhere. (In "on a tout vu" Paris, of course , popcorn was already known, both versions)...

Yeah, that's the only acceptable non-salted popcorn way. Strangely, I grew up never realizing popcorn could be sweet. And when I found out some people never realized it could be salty, I was flabbergasted.
