Hi everyone,
I am a new member here and just wanted to introduce myself and tell everyone a little bit about me. I am 33 and have been shooting with Pentax for a while on a Spotmatic that was given to me. I recently upgraded to a K100D Super and love every second. I looked at the top manufactures of DSLRs and it just seems that Pentax is a much better fit for me, not only equipment wise but also in attitude and perspective. It seems that too many times people get too wrapped up in the equipment and forget about the fun of just taking good pics. After having read through several forums including this one I have found that Pentaxians hold true to the love of photography and that comes through in the discussions here. That is what I was looking for in a SLR system, not to mention I already had a SMC 50mm f1.4 and 135mm f2.8 to start off with from my Spotmatic.
Well that is where I stand in a nut shell, I look forward to posting and learning from all of you…one thing I have already caught is the lens bug, I find myself looking for various items on eBay and where ever else I can at any given time.
