Thanks Steve. Yes there is a bit of looseness with the Pentax adapter. Will get a washer/ring next time I'm at Lowes or Home Depot

Steve - that's what I was afraid of.
I did take some measurements and determined that the mirror should be OK. So I incrementally went to infinity and all worked ok.

Hello all -
I tried to verify the Helios 44-2 M42 mount using a OEM Pentax M42 to K mount adapter on my K-1ii that the mirror will not hit the back of the lens when focused to infinity. I could not find an answer to this specific question after searching.
Can anyone confirm the 44-2 and K-1ii are OK to use together?
