After returning from a Saturday morning bike ride on the Pere Marquette Rail Trail, I captured this image (JPEG straight out of my Pentax K-x, with smc PENTAX-F 35-80mm F4-5.6). In the foreground are some of the cherry trees given to Midland, Michigan, by sister city Handa, Japan. In the background are the Tridge (three-span bridge for pedestrians and bicyclists) and the sculpture "The Couple" by James Hopfensperger.
