I came to the exact same 'understanding with my local dealer. Sales Tax was about $160. In return a lightweight monopod, small Bower Speedlight and a 64Gb Lexar 90Mbps Sd card found their way into my bag.

The entire April shipment(s) and most of the early May shipment is already sold, I think. Although B&H Customer Service told me I am in the May2nd Shipping Group I don't think I'll get mine until mid-May. Just a hunch - not that I care much either way. K-3 is just fine.
