Using a K-30 and trying out the capture in focus. It seemed to work well. Processed in LR and cropped pretty close. The young Kestrels of Spring have left the nest and spend the mornings looking for lizards around our patio. It's always a trio of them every year, so that must be how many eggs are laid by the mom.

A Rainbow over the fresh snow topped San Jacinto Mountains. It was 80 degrees 2 days ago down here in Palm Springs. This is our version of a winter storm :lol: I used HDR2 mode and a K-30

K-30 with 18-135wr, F16, iso200, Sigma EF-610 flash set on slow speed sync, tripod & remote of course.

It took me a while to really like this lens. But if you need a walk around WR this is your best choice. Here's a Hummingbird I shot with the 18-135, K-30 and Sigma flash.
