Upgrade K10D to K5IIs?

With K-5 II I took it to ISO 8000. Don't believe me? Here it is..

Well really there are cheaper options with almost identical sensors. I mean you could look at K-50 or K-500.

But if you really want an upgrade it is K-3 and not K-5 II.
