Enjoy! That was my first SLR back in 1979. Having no auto features, no hot flash shoe and only a basic TTL light meter really makes you learn how to use the camera. I eventually took some great shots with mine but there is a learning curve to climb.
EDIT: I just looked at your photo again and can see that yours has a hot shoe so I guess you must have a much later version of the Spotmatic as I didn't get a hot shoe until I traded up to a Spotmatic II.
