You're probably right.
I received a confirmation email today from DXO support stating that indeed the reason for my issues (and others using DXO and GR) is because of the recent firmware update. Hopefully it won't take too long for them to sort things out. I do like how DXO converts the GR raw/dng files.

Hello all:
I've been using DXO as my raw/dng converter and have noticed that DXO no longer recognizes my raw/dng files since upgrading to the latest firmware v2.03. I'm pretty sure this is the cause but to double check I've been trying to find a copy of any previous firmware (1.xx) version for the GR. If someone has one on file could you please email it to me?
