I don`t do this usually, but there is a set of Zeiss ZK on ebay (not mine :)
Zeiss 28mm F2 + Zeiss 50mm F2 makro + Zeiss 100mm F2 Makro.
Not sure if it it is a bargain, but if somebody search to begin with zeiss lenses in zk mount....

Ok so let's me resume :
1/ Buy a Milvus 135 (around 2200 US dollars with B&H)
2/ Pass 6 or 7 hours to adapt the mount with a lot of risk
3/Loose the warranty
4/ You can now say that Zeiss classic or old Pentax A lenses are rubbish...
Honestly, if I want to try a Zeiss from Milvus line, I have the cash to buy a Canon 6D MarkII.
Philosphy of leitax is to adapt old lenses,not modify brand new high class lenses...

Leitax conversion process for zeiss lenses includes a shave operation with sand paper... Are you sure that your manual process is superior to the mechanical process of Cosina production line ? Have you the same QA control ? I leitaxed myself a lot of Leica R lenses...
You just do you own advertissement for your shop in this thread...

I own the Pentax A 85 and the Zeiss classic 85... And comparing with leitaxed lenses never produced in K mount (Milvus) is a nonsense... But with a guy who said that leitaxed lenses are superior to original mount... Oh probably cause you are writing a book about this subject... Ok you are the king of this thread...

Pentax A 85 F1.4 is far superior to the Zeiss 85mm. Pentax A 135mm F1.8 is known as the best 135 ever produced. There is no F1.2 in Zeiss line compatible with pentax mount... I own 4 Zeiss lenses, all are great lenses, but please don't talk about fanboyism for the old A lenses. They are just complementary.

It's easier to buy a K1 than find a Zeiss 50mm Makro in ZK mount :lol::lol::lol:

For me, the major difference between the 25 and the 28 is the close focus capacity. Clearly better on the 28mm. I sold the 25 :)

Ok... I have currently a dilemma... I like my Zeiss 25mm but... I m a 28mm guy (love my Pentax A 28mm F2 and my Pentax K 28mm (Hollywood)... But I m currently short in budget so... What s the better for me ? sell the 25 and buy the Zeiss 28 or keep the 25 ???

As I wrote on a review of this site, the Zeiss ZK 25mm f2.8 is a totally underrated gem.
Photozone.de wrote a bad review of this lens and ... This lens had a better score as Zeiss 21mm on Fred Miranda site...
But clearly I want to test the Zeiss 28mm too.
Personnaly for landscape, I use Zeiss 18mm. Yes it exists on ZK mount
